For this episode, the year is 1941 featuring How Green Was My Valley (Highbrow) and Sergeant York (Lowbrow). How Green Was My Family details the nostalgic coming of age story of a young lad in his small welsh town. Sergeant York is a retelling of real American hero Alvin York, a southerner recruited into the army that captured a whole platoon despite his pacifict beliefs.
